Situated on the historic Wanås estate in Skåne, Wanås Restaurant Hotel occupies two 18th-century heritage buildings. Founded by Kristina Wachtmeister in 2017, the hotel offers eleven individually decorated rooms featuring natural materials and contemporary Nordic design. Deeply connected to its local environment, the hotel and its kitchen source materials and ingredients directly from the Wanås estate, including forest harvests and organically grown produce. The estate is also home to Wanås Konst – an internationally acclaimed art destination and sculpture park integrated into the surrounding nature reserve.
