Since 1742, Kosta Boda has evolved from a small artisanal glassworks into a celebrated icon of Swedish design. Nestled in the Småland woods, its historic glassworks, one of Sweden’s oldest, still remains in operation. To mark its 275th anniversary, Kosta Boda presented Hommage – an exhibition bridging past and present, with five of Sweden’s most compelling contemporary artists reinterpreting the work of five of the company’s most iconic designers. Today, Kosta Boda continues its legacy as part of the Orrefors Kosta Boda AB.
