Norrvikens trädgårdar
Norrvikens trädgårdar in Båstad, Sweden, was founded by Rudolf Abelin, who established several gardening schools, one of the Nordic region’s largest fruit plantations, and a series of distinctive period gardens. Norrviken became a pioneer in cultivation methods and opened to the public in 1920. Since 2011, under Backahill’s ownership, Norrviken has evolved into a cultural meeting place with art exhibitions, concerts, culinary experiences, and a popular wedding destination. Thematic garden rooms and seven historic gardens guide visitors through different eras and cultural influences.
