Stadshuskällaren

Housed in Stockholm’s City Hall – the venue for the Nobel Banquet – Stadshuskällaren is the only place in the world where guests can experience any Nobel Banquet menu ever served. As one of the city’s oldest restaurants, Stadshuskällaren was redesigned in 2012 by renowned Swedish architect Jonas Bohlin, who blended modern design with original 1920s features. The cuisine, crafted by some of Sweden’s leading chefs, is inspired by nature and the changing seasons.
