Sthlm New
Hammarby Sjöstad’s new district, Sthlm New Creative Business Spaces, comprises seven buildings. Rising 102 meters above the city, the skyscraper Sthlm 01 – designed by architecture firms Sauerbruch Hutton and BAU – has become a new landmark on Stockholm’s skyline. At its top is Sjöstaden Skybar, offering panoramic views over Årstaviken and the city. The restaurant features relaxed lunches, atmospheric dinners, and a laid-back bar scene on the west-facing terrace. The concept was created by restaurateur Niklas Ahlbom, known for Restaurang Himlen in Skrapan and Restaurang Göteborg on the Sjöstaden waterfront.
