Himlen, which opened in 2007, is one of Stockholm's few true sky bars and is located in Skrapan on Södermalm. Restaurateur Niklas Ahlbom's ambition is to be Södermalm's only skybar with opening hours during the day, evening, and night. Simon Scheiwiller, from Gatun Arkitekter, has reimagined Himlen's interior three times over the past 15 years.
