Kungliga Operan

Kungliga Operan, founded by King Gustav III in 1773, remains a cornerstone of Swedish cultural heritage. Its repertoire spans opera and ballet – from classics to new interpretations, cross-disciplinary works, and a program dedicated to young audiences. For the premiere of the full-length ballet Gustav III, with costumes by renowned designer Lars Wallin, SpoilConcept created and executed the overall event concept, inspired by the opera’s historic masquerade balls. Selected guests in period attire attended the performance, followed by a grand ball, reviving the splendor of Gustavian-era celebrations.
